Now Im telling True! Sometimes Beta of Game are only for some Region. If you want to play you need to be in this region. They say "We will send Game to other regions" but or they dont do it or do it Veeery Long after! Example:
1: Rumble Fighter. Cool game ONLY for North Americans (used in strip). I Register there, Download the game, Download Patch and what i Get? Nothing! i Waste only time and Space on Disc!
2: Super Smash Bros Brawl. Look at the Premiere date!
3: Game tap: for some games you need register but you can do it only if you are in America!

So why they think Europe are Worse?? After all im not pissed off on All Americans... only for that part who Use That #&$#$% Politic of Region publishing!

In Poland Police can't do much. I think its wrong. They should can shoot to the criminal to stop him... even if that wasnt big crime. Now everyone ignore them. And They Should respect them. if they can use force they probably have this respect...
